Founded in Decatur, GA in 2017. Built around one principle: the translator has to know the subject, not just the language.
Metro Atlanta has one of the largest and most diverse immigrant populations in the southeast, and the Atlanta metro was adding tens of thousands of Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Somali, Amharic, and Burmese speakers every year. The professional translation capacity in the region was not keeping up, and what was available was often mismatched: general-purpose translation agencies assigning content they did not understand to translators who could not recognize what they were getting wrong.
We built flowing-translations to fix a specific part of that problem. We focused on the translation areas where mismatch creates the most harm: immigration documents where a wrong word costs someone their case; medical records where accuracy is a patient safety issue; school communications where families need to actually understand what is being asked of them.
Every translator in our network was recruited for their professional background first and their language skills second. We do not recruit general bilinguals and give them a specialization test. We recruit professionals from relevant fields who also happen to be fully bilingual, and we verify both. The result is translation that reads like it was written by someone who understood what they were writing, not just someone who could read the original.
Immigration documents go to translators with immigration experience. Medical records go to translators with healthcare backgrounds. We do not override this for a deadline or a price.
Every translator produces work in their native language. Spanish-to-English is produced by a native English speaker. No exceptions. Fluency claims in both directions are not a substitute for native production.
We confirm a price before any work starts. That number does not change. If scope changes, we tell you first. We have never sent a higher invoice than the one the client agreed to.
