Refund Policy

1. Free Correction

Verifiable translation errors reported within 7 days of delivery are corrected at no charge within 2 business days.

2. Major Quality Failure

If more than 20% of delivered translation contains verifiable errors, you may choose: (a) complete re-translation at no charge, or (b) a full refund. Report within 7 days with a specific error list.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

Cancel before the assigned translator starts work: full refund. After work has begun: 0-25% complete: 25% fee; 25-75%: 50% fee; over 75%: no refund, delivery completed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for: change of mind after work begins, style preferences, content you later decided you did not need, or requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
